Despite the lack of a relationship with his parents, Siyu still talks to his grandfather. His grandfather comes to Korea at least once a year to visit him and during that time is the only time he goes without smoking weed or drinking for a long period of time. He doesn’t want the only family member he still cares about to see what kind of mess he’s become.
