“I AIN’T NO HERO, HARLS.“ it ain’t his job, and it’s not who he is. he would hardly call himself one with the things he had done ( unwillingly or not ). but there is a glimmer there, a curve of a smile at her last words, causing the soldier to look up from his hospital bed. “now, your hero I can deal with, but you never needed one of those, haven’t you?“ point taken, he had made a grand gesture of tryin’ to go and rescue her and turns out, she had rescue herself. but the sentiment is there; and he had that moment to allow himself to be exposed.
