meet azurill. Kitae and Tatsuya~

The people that didn't know Tatsuya very well- Kitae could guess their impression of him went something alone these lines. A gym leader that was strong, confident, maybe even intimidating with his group of Dragon Pokemon behind him. Tatsuya had built up this reputation for himself...but that meant nothing to the feisty coordinator.

If there was one thing Kitae knew about his childhood friend, it was his one weakness. Cute things. Whether it came to forcing himself to be cute to get what he wanted, or use Sewaddle against him- he now had a new tool to use against him. Tool being used as a joke of course, Kitae adored his new baby Pokemon with everything he had...but that didn't mean he couldn't use her against his friend either. The hours he knew the Gym was closed, Kitae only texted him a photo of Azurill with the message “I’m coming over” before he arrived- barging into the house like he lived there. With the Azurill wrapped snugly in his arms, he walked into the living room. “Tatsuyaaaaaaaa- come meet my new child.”

the final part of the tournament had already started and boyeon anxiously pounded her feet against the floor. she loved watching official battles with all her heart, and the fact she became a leader didn’t sound too foreign anymore. even if at first she was a little resentful for not taking part in the tournament, a few battles later and she was already feeling much better. it was too common for her to be one being watched, and actually getting to be one in the crowd felt so relaxing.

still, her fists couldn’t be tighter, vibrating while each pokémon down below used a different movement. “what?” the girl quickly stood up, a few other people around doing the same. “really? you chose headbutt? you disrespect breloom trainers like me!” while some agreed with her, others didn’t even bother showing a reaction. boyeon sat back down on her spot, crossing her arms over her chest. tatsuya sat right by her side yet his enthusiasm was in a completely different level. “don’t you agree?” she turned to him, trying to get him to express anything. “if i did that it’d be the same thing as just giving out a free badge.”

great ball :: what is your favorite pokémon type and why?

“well, my mom used to call me her little fairy princess as a child, which is why fairy types are one of my favorites. but there is something about the majestic about the water and ice types, i just can’t put my thought to it. honestly, if i say something bad, i’m pretty sure my leg would have been chomped off by now.”

dream ball :: if you were a pokémon, what typing do you think you would be?

legendary. ( * she can barely keep a straight face as she says this, and before long, she bursts out in embarrassed laughter ) no, i’m totally kidding. i’d probably be a fairy type? ( * and here is her confidence, unabashed and befitting of a pageant queen ) they’re pretty and cute! i hear they’re quite popular in beauty contests too! ( * a nonchalant shrug ) they’re also pink, so that’s like a bonus.

💮 ———— i don’t raise multiples of anything, but i think i’d do it with deerlings. i have a shiny one myself, and i find it very cute how they change their looks with the change of seasons. you know, i do that myself with my outfits so i kind of relate to them. flebébés and floettes would be amazingly cute as well! they have multiple colors and just imagining a bunch of them flying around you already brings a smile to my face.
