2x Sim Detail: 4096 for patch 1.67

Nice excuse to play ME1 again (not like I needed one).
I'm still hoping that Quasarts will finish his mod for citadel DLC first so I can finish my current pt in ME3, on pause because I'm at citadel DLC & mod still not here ;o;
