opened twitter for the first time in weeks and i cannot believe this is the first thing i saw .............. in my absence the explore page found new ways to absolutely torment me. this feels like targeted hate.
#hockey#sharks#ty dellandrea#begrudgingly tagging delly because this is CRUEL & UNUSUAL#boy already had His Number taken from him & now you are going to be mean to him for the crime of. being recognized as a young guy :(#san jose's babiest man assigned vet simply cannot win!#i know he is irrelevant (hashtag my irrelevant king) but it's always startling how much fans on twitter seem to utterly Hate him 😭#he does nothing!#which sure is not ideal on a hockey team!#but the vitriol is weird when he also isn't Actively Bad you know#he's just a perennially snakebitten grinder ....... which is both a regular & essential figure on the roster of most hockey teams#he is a solid vibes guy & also like. had valuable contributions to some of dallas' playoff runs during his time here! idk i know i'm biased#but the way sharks fans not on here react to him is a little baffling#maybe it's like. the Good Team Privilege of being primarily a stars fan#i have genuinely enjoyed all our random guys who do nothing. brendan smith & colin miller were both pleasures to have in class. etc etc etc
