You're so right! I love it because Anakin's not a small guy. He's not huge but he's tall and long and has those ridiculous shoulders but he's curled up on Obi-Wan's lap as though he actually fits there. I know a dog like that who is over 100 pounds and still sits on your legs until your feet go numb. Similar vibes for catboy Anakin except unlike the dog he understands language and that Obi-Wan is in quite a bit of pain when the blood flow returns. He just doesn't care.

I love an Anakin who is open about his need for affection 🤔 His canon fall is a lot more complicated than hug withdrawal but I still feel like he could have saved himself a lot of misery if he'd been willing to ask for cuddles. Which is why the extremely cracky premise of this AU is that catboy Anakin does not fall because if there's one thing cats are good at it's making their demands known. Nyanakin will force his way into the council room and yell until Obi-Wan sits properly and lets Anakin crawl into his lap. It solves everything!!! I cannot be convinced otherwise!!!

I’ve been looking after a cinnabar caterpillar for about a week now and today he buried himself and im just so proud of this little pillar for eating and then burying itself and I now have a box of dirt with a sleeping caterpillar hiding in it and in may/June it will emerge as a moth and I’m just.. so fucking excited
