Sky is a vegetarian out of necessity. There wasn’t much room on Skyloft, so they didn’t have much in the way of animal products. They mostly ate fruits and vegetables, while meat was considered a delicacy. Now that Sky is on the surface, he can eat meat much more often, however he find he just doesn’t like the taste. Oh, and don’t try to feed him any kind of bird. You probably won’t make it out alive.
