A silly EEnE thing that bothering me (poll at end to vote in):
“A Town Called Ed” says that Eddy’s pilgrim ancestors arrived to America and, seeing the Peach Trees there, claimed it as Forte Peach Creek.
Peaches aren’t native to America. They were brought over by colonizers.
So I can’t decide if in the alternative Earth EEnE presents, if there IS a rare Peach species that only exists in the nebulous state the Eds live in (of which I’m calling Fruttuosa so I can make up things abt the state instead of trying to represent a real US state)
OR. If the book Dee reads from is lying abt the history of Peach Creek (more than usual at least), and there was already a colonizer settlement there.
On one hand I think narratively it makes a lot of sense for Eddy to come from a historical line of liars and gamblers bc then breaking out of that cycle as an adult becomes a lot more interesting. On the other hand I was going to make a fake Peach species for America and I’m kind of sad I might not be able to.

Yes there are American Peaches in EEnE’s alternative Earth
No they were lying their asses off to look better
I might go the way of yay peaches bc of the whole “making up a fake state” thing potentially fitting better w/it but pls vote and let me know your thoughts

Normal Im so normal Im the most normal about them out of every eene fan ever (slowly squeezing a wooden pencil so hard it turns into a liquid) the sight of older designs of any of the characters from someone who worked on the show, especially my special interest dynamic, has not made me any less normal in the slightest

MAY is sitting, observing Eddy and Double-Dee. Eddy, holding plans and annoyed, asks Double-Dee, “Does she have to be here? She makes Ed uncomfortable.” Double-Dee replies, “At least it isn’t Marie.”
MARIE is bothering Ed, on his shoulders and pulling on his unibrow.
LEE is hiding ominiously in the woods with Eddy feeling nervous and not knowing why.
Text Description: I WISH THE KANKERS BOTHERED THE EDS INDIVIDUALLY!!! They feel so monotonous personality-wise. I have a bit of canon rot / I haven’t watched the show in a while, but I like to think May kind of hangs out and just observes; Marie disrupts the Ed’s scams and is a general nuisance; and I keep imagining Lee as being the least social so she is. Creeping around like the Kanker she is. She looks evil in the picture but it’s more out of an entertainment thing. The Eds are weird and amusing to onlookers if you somehow manage to convince them you are completely incapable of being sold to cause then they do their own thing instead of bothering you and theyre just naturally funny together.
