(( He’s got a mild case of athazagoraphobia, where he’s afraid of being forgotten or reduced to a figure with no significance. It’s tied to his relationship with his father and brother (and to his mother, to an extent), and while he recognizes it, he is loathe to admit it.

As it is though, it doesn’t get in the way of his normal operation unless someone actually goes out of their way to probe, and Sylvester likes to think that he’s old enough that he can effectively dodge probes when he sees them coming his way.

If he can’t he could always sic Keel on you or punch you too, I suppose. ))

What recharges them when they’re feeling drained?

(( Sticking him under a solar lamp and letting him nap usually works. It’s especially effective if you lend him a shoulder or something, but he hasn’t had one of those in a while.

Also hugs. He prefers to be the one doing the hugging to get the full recharge. ))

How do they express love?

(( Sylvester is definitely the type to like to arrange surprises. Surprise dates. Surprise gifts. He puts a surprising lot of effort into trying to pick something that will please the other, although that definitely doesn’t stop him from arranging things that’ll embarrass and fluster them either.
