Have you ever listened closely to the lyrics of that song? Cause when i tried to play it, i felt like the first and the second part are two completely different songs. The first part is all melancholy and moody and sad, and the second part is happy and "life is beautiful" cheery and that stuff. It's like they had that sad beginning and were like "no, we can't do that, it's too depressing, we need to make it more happy." I recently found a cover of the first part of that song from cal Trask, and it's an absolutely great match to the lyrics.

I love this cover!! And it brings out the song’s rather sad concept as well!

Shaking a polaroid doesn't actually do anything so the lyrics should really be "you got to, hold it, h-hold it, hold it under your armpit like a polaroid picture"
