No no no but it is HYSTERICAL to me whenever I watch a jttw adaptation that puts pre human contact Sun Wukong in a loincloth or leaf skirt or whatever because look it's funny on it's own that for some reason they feel so uncomfortable with portraying Wukong naked despite him being a monkey and naked is how monkeys tend to be but also usually none of the other monkeys he hangs out with wear anything of the sort so it's just Wukong in particular that MUST be censored

And also I would not have even thought about Wukong being naked as an issue until they censored him and now I think about it all the time

Look I know it's probably because of some law or something but I don't care about that I'm too busy enjoying the fact that rather than just giving him ken-doll anatomy and calling it a day they slapped the thematically cohesive equivalent of a censor bar on him with no in-story explanation whatsoever

While waiting to shoot a scene for A Hard Day’s Night, Paul McCartney dangles from a rope high above everyone’s head while director Dick Lester is wandering about, below, calling for Paul, who has gone missing. I may have to write a 30 second fanfic on this one, if I get the chance. 

Paul always was a bit of a daredevil. Smashed his face when he was a kid while trying to stand on his bicycle. Was photographed dangling from a high diving board while there was no water in the pool. Also: Standing on the narrow edge of a boat in deep water; Trying to mow your ass down in a go cart; Jumping off a moving bike, and so forth. And of course, driving his car fast enough to get airborne.

Or, scurrying up a tank like the nimble little minx, he was…

Once again climbing up a rope (or chain) while waiting to film "Let it Be/Get Back". Hey, hey, he's a monkey!

What happened in the bee tag now I avoid it because of all the negativity which is sad considering I can go into other ships I ship tags & it’s not met with this much toxicity.

oh that asshat who made the wasp list a few days ago (”as an experiment to prove how toxic they were” yeah cos posting a list of users, tagging them in it, and then sticking it in the ship tag, isn’t gonna cause any drama - most people took the piss, honestly, but i don’t think they understood that they were being mocked) posted another thing, crosstagged into the bees ship tag yet again about their ‘prediction’ for how things are gonna play out based on shipnames (using ‘Solar Eclipse’ for BS, which fucking no one uses - but some myths have eclipses caused by a dragon eating the sun)

their conclusion was that Yang is gonna somehow snatch Blake away from Sun, or Sun will die and Blake will hook up with Yang while she’s in mourning

so they’re basically living on another plane of reality because that’s stupid for a number of reasons

40. Which of my stories would I most like to see as a movie/series? All of mine are so cracky and probably should stay as fanfic. Maybe He’s not a Monkey. That was just amusing. Also, Killer Snow would kind of be pretty cool to see as an origin for Caitlin becoming Killer Frost, minus some details that are no longer canon.
