Okay so I'm slowly corrupting my brother
We've been working on a fantasy world to set a handful of dnd campaigns in, and this is the first character I've drawn for it. My brother's character is a lizard cowboy with a gambling problem, and this is his boyfriend, who my brother and I co-created. He's a tailor and based on a basilisk lizard.

I gasped out loud when I saw you have fic prompts open. And then spent far too long agonising about what to request. Finally narrowed it down to:
Zuko, Sokka, Suki and P: While driving or in/around a car.
Zuko, Katara, Toph and G: A fistfight.
Zuko, Katara and T: An obscure AU. [specify]. BAKER ZUKO AU :3
Obviously, I'm only asking for one of those options, if any. But I thought I'd give you a spectrum of flavour. Enjoy your staycation!
Ahh, thank you so much! i am saving the others for possible inspiration, (esp Baker AU!) but the one that caught my eye was P: While driving or in/around a car.
Since LoK has a pretty active and vibrant car culture 70 years after the end of AtLA, I figured 20 years after is probably about the time when automobiles were getting started. And of course Sokka would be all over that. It just tickles me pink to think of Zuko being one of those guys who takes one look at a car for the first time in his life and goes, "Nuh-uh. Nope. That thing is death on wheels. No way."
I've only ever seen AtLA all the way through, so if canon contradicts me in any way, no it doesn't.

"Come on!" Sokka cried, throwing his arms in the air. "You're the sovereign ruler of the Fire Nation! You have to have a combustion-powered transport option at the palace!"
"I certainly do not," Zuko said, knowing he was sounding stiff and starchy and that when - not if - his wife heard about it, she would tease him for days. But the thing was a death trap on wheels.
He eyed it warily.
"At least ride in it," Sokka wheedled. "Think what it would mean for the the Fire Nation!"
"Oh, I'm thinking," he grumbled.
"You'd be the first world leader to publicly support this technology."
"Everybody else turned you down, huh?"
"We're working on it," Sokka grumbled.
"Even the South Pole?"
"My successor is a bit of a stick in the mud, that's all. Just because I had the tiniest, ittiest bit of an issue with driving on ice and losing a smidge of traction at one point."
Suki, sitting on the courtyard wall, examined her nails with extreme casualness. "Did they ever retrieve it from the bottom of the ocean, honey?"

(One thing i find funny is that there's problably more AUs that exist off these AUs, and the AUs exist off these AUs and the AUs exist off these AUs too and it just keeps going.)

Remember when lo’ak punched an’noung by tricking him with his extra figure image if he taught baby Spider(from the post where he turned into a child again) to do the same thing. An’noung would be so pissed-
spider might not be able to pack much power behind his punch, but he is still relentless. once he gets the basics of the trick, he finds new ways to employ it, like trying to show ao'nung a boo-boo or something he found, ao'nung has to fall for it because it would break his heart to turn spider away if he actually did have a cut or had something to show him.
