Old Al knew that something entertaining was going to happen to him that evening. Call it a demon's intuition; it certainly hadn't failed him before. However, when he waltzed into his usual watering hole, a bold flash of red immediately caught his eye.
An ear pricked. Did that barkeep just call the other Alastor? My, he loved when his gut instincts were right. He hadn't encountered something this interesting in decades.
He sauntered over to the stranger, sliding onto a stool next to him. "Say, couldn't help hearin' we share a name." He extended a hand and offered the other a crooked grin. "Alastor Debrière, but you can call me Al. And it even looks like we share a love for radio!"
He chuckled. "I swear, man, you tell me you're from New Orleans too 'n I'll pay for your whole tab."
