Okay, I think this would only work for the AOS. Whenever Kirk does something so stupid. And I mean STUPID. McCoy's head slaps him. Without remorse or fear. Just a straight up:

And Kirk does nothing about it. He takes it because he knows he deserves it. And nobody. I repeat NOBODY but Bones is allowed to do it.

The first time it happened was at the Academy and it was the first time they had to survive against some sort of accident/terror/whatever you can think of together.
