I usually have a hard time deciding about headcanons on when some of my ships get married and who's last name they're taking

But I can with 100% certainty that Francessa would take Michaela's name in modern aus. Listen she loves her family and their name but I think if she had a choice she would still change it

Like she definitely calls herself "Mrs Michaela Stirling", bo doubt
