Internal Affairs || Kamala and Tony

It had been a little over two weeks since Kamala started her internship at Stark Industries. It was different from what she’d expected—although not bad. Mostly, she and the other interns just worked alongside their project supervisors, but they’d had the opportunity to see some of the other research that Stark’s scientists were working on, and...it was hard not to be blown away.
She did miss working with Bruno like they had at school, but he was at MIT now, and the rest of their old science fair team were still studying in Jersey. It wasn’t so bad, though...the researchers here were pretty welcoming, and she hadn’t been asked to make anyone coffee yet, which was always nice. Part of her had been hoping for the opportunity to meet Tony Stark himself, but according to her supervisor he didn’t come by in person all that often. That made sense, of course.
She did get to meet Pepper Potts once, which frankly was just as good, although Kamala was fairly certain she made a complete fool of herself by dropping a rack of test tubes in surprise when Potts had called her by name. It was all a bit overwhelming.
That being said, she wouldn’t have given it up for anything.
It was getting fairly late; she’d have to finish for the day and go home soon. Kamala was just leaning on the bench by the 3D printer right now, holding a coffee from the cafe outside while she waited for their materials to finish. Yawning, Kamala sipped the coffee while she went to check the printer’s progress—giving a start when she noticed another face behind her reflected in the shiny side of the machine, turning around so quickly she accidentally spilt some of the coffee. “Oh, wow, I’m so sorry—” she began, sounding flustered.
The Interview || Peter & Tony
This was it. It was time. He thought his heart would beat out of his chest here soon. But here he was, ready to walk in there and interview for a dream internship. An internship with Stark Industries that if he didn’t fuck up, could some day, eventually, lead to a real job. He could work for the company that Tony Freaking Stark was running. Maybe he could see Tony Stark from afar one day, off in his own super awesome place, working on his super awesome tech or some Avengers thing. Did Captain America come hang out with Tony some times? He was going to hyperventilate at the thought. He couldn’t linger on the possibilities too long.
Here he was, dorky little Peter Parker, fresh out of high school and looking for something to make him happy that wasn’t crime fighting in a red and blue suit. And he was about to interview for a position with Stark Industries. It was surreal. Hopefully he’d get it, but not if he kept acting like a huge dork like this. He took a deep breath in and tried to calm himself. “Alright Parker,” He muttered to himself. “You can do this. You can get through this interview without making a complete ass of yourself. You won’t even be seeing Tony Stark so there’s no reason to freak out about it.” He tried to reassure himself, sitting impatiently and waiting for his turn to plead his case with whoever he’d be interviewing with.

With the American penchant for guns, Jono took the phrase “riding shotgun” literally for at least a year until someone explained it to him. No one could figure out why he was always so uncomfortable in cars.

“I drank with Jane and got a tattoo on my ass for her. to be fair it’s a cute little alien space ship thing, but....on my ass.....”
⭐️- Does your muse make wishes? If so, what for?
If you asked him up front he’d say no, but Jono does have a deep, deep seated wish for normalcy, whether that means getting his powers under control to a more manageable degree or being able to get rid of them altogether and restore his body.
📞- If your character could talk to one person one more time, who would it be?
Jono tends to leave people in the past for a reason, which makes the only real candidate for this question Everett Thomas, his deceased teammate. He would thank him for trying to help with his powers even when Jono was an exceptionally sullen and slow study, and still wishes he had his help now. Jono knows and regrets that he took that for granted.
7 - Thing they got the most in trouble for
She was a pretty good kid for the most part until she hit her rebellious stage. Even then she didn’t do too much to get in trouble. But one day she got caught hacking at school and got in an awful lot of trouble. She was grounded for a while, no computers or phone, no after school activities. She was on complete lock down. All because after she’d changed her friend’s grade, she wanted to bump herself up the one percent to get an ‘a’.
