This week I've learnt how to do a headstands, which feels really cool. Can't wait to perfect it.

A very serious ask! Do elves make headstands? And if so, did you ever get stuck (feet up.. head down) while doing so... because the ground is soft, and your horns sink into earth? *laughs helplessly* oh my gosh I'll never get that image out of my head now - sorry Runaan but *laughes*

The trick is to flip forward into the stand, or lower into it from a handstand, and keep your head level with the earth so that your horns remain under your control, and not the dirt’s. Although Rayla had a hard time figuring that part out when she was little.

It's been a hot minute, so I'm wobbly af, but I did a few headstands today. Couple handstands too. Fun times.
