☆black salt - protect her, repel drs from fobbing her off, set boundaries to avoid being sent home before a diagnosis
☆bay leaf - setting healing intention (burnt over candle flame)
☆ginger - speed up recovery
☆lavender - peaceful healing
☆mint - soothing healing
☆rose buds - healing
☆rosemary - protective healing
☆sunflower - positive energies sent her way
☆thyme - healing
☆turmeric - healing
☆amethyst - healing
☆rose quartz - loving vibes, healing
☆clear quartz - amplification of rapid and gentle healing
☆green aventurine - good luck of getting a diagnosis, and a manageable one at that
☆obsidian - protection
☆healing oil spell
☆pink candle - healing
anointed the candle with the healing oil and dressed the candle with all herbs and spices. stuck candle on plate. spread the rest of the herb mix around the candle. added the roses, sunflowers and crystals around candle. moved the plate outside, because i'm not lighting a candle in an apartment. lit the candle and let it burn down. meditated, imagining a golden healing light of energy spreading around my sister filled with love.
thankfully mum has flown down to be with her, so i'm cat sitting the twins and getting regular updates 💜
