Basically, you need to eat and walk. First it might fill, then it creates calves. In a good way. Like after training for a marathon.
But do the opposite. Twitch exercise instead, and eat as many calories as you can. Even if you have to drink them.

And I like shortbread. They’re almost graham. But... I have to pretend sometimes. Like not having had this.
I just turned big because of other things. Not the food; I needed more.
You can read between the lines.
Remember that the first five minutes are the hardest to build momentum with, on average. Minutes 15-20 are also notoriously hard.
But! Try to just stare at what you have to do, and .... meditate. That means you tried to start. That’s a start.
Make sure that what you’re wearing when you go to sleep won’t kill you.
And make sure you have enough calories, micronutrients, and water before you go to bed to get up in the morning.
