4/01/2016 - Day 1
So today is the day I finally start taking my health seriously. Alot has happened up until this point where I should have said enough and done something, but because of certain events, my own self and different things I was never able to fully commit to getting healthier. Let’s all be honest, I should have done this 10 years ago and not got as bad as I have but that’s the past, there’s no point in regret now, I just have to change.
I wish I could put this somewhere I know people I see on a day to day basis would see but I’m not that brave. I probably never will be to be honest. Truly, I am ashamed of how I look, my weight, how bad I’ve let myself get but, as my doctor states, writing about it should help me. So I’ll write about it here.
I am hoping that this time next year my life will be better. I hope that I will feel better with myself, my goals, how I’ve done and generally more healthy - that’s all I want. Not to worry constantly about my health.
I will post my starting weight once I have my first weigh in.
