I have come to a decision that will hopefully affect my life for the better. Standing at four feet, nine inches tall, many years ago my constant ideal weight was always between ninety four and ninety six pounds. It was a healthy weight, even if I was chubby around the middle, and due to my usually steady metabolism it never went over that weight. Well, last time I went to the doctors I found I had actually gained a whopping twenty pounds. I am now at least five pounds overweight, my stomach is so round I look like I'm pregnant, and my thighs have grown so much that I legitimately can no longer fit in any of my old pants or shorts. My diet is awful and its wrecking havoc on my joints, as someone who suffers from hereditary arthritis. My coworkers have begun a thing where if someone loses the most weight by percentage in three months they win a prize. I paid my money to do so. I am hoping by the end of July I have managed to shed some of this awful weight off of myself and regain some of my old self confidence. And I am reaching out to my wifeys in hope of additional support. All I need is some encouragement, some reminders not to eat certain things, especially unhealthy sugars and maybe some added tips I could use. @minxchester @sorryimnotthatkindofdoctor @lovemesomemooseandsquirrel @wincestismyguiltypleasure @samwessonsmith Thank you! I'll keep you updated on my progress!
