Ingredients: 1 cup blueberries. 1/2 cup spinach. 1/2 cup kale. 1/2 cup broccoli florets. 1/4 cup walnuts. 1 tablespoon chia seeds. 1 tablespoon flax seeds. 1/2 banana. 1 cup almond milk. 1 tablespoon honey optional. Ice cubes optional.
Instructions: Wash all the fruits and vegetables thoroughly. In a blender, add the blueberries, spinach, kale, broccoli florets, walnuts, chia seeds, flax seeds, and banana. Pour in the almond milk and add honey if desired for sweetness. Add a handful of ice cubes if you prefer a colder smoothie. Blend everything until smooth and creamy.
