Ingredients: 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree. 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk. 1/2 cup Greek yogurt. 1 scoop vanilla protein powder. 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice. 1 tablespoon honey optional. 1/2 banana. Handful of ice cubes.
Instructions: Put everything into a blender. Mix until it's creamy and smooth. If you want to make it less sweet, add honey. Pour your tasty fall protein shake into a glass and enjoy!
