also i know the ‘kids kill god with a knife’ summary is very popular but the context of it truly makes me so :’(
because it’s about kids caring !!! the recognition of the kindness borne out of the simplest desire to help!!! we won’t hurt you.. he tried to smile and to bow... he would have followed them anywhere... responding to simple kindness like a flower to the sun... a sigh of the most profound and exhausted relief
