...Did I do something wrong? Is he...no, no, he'll be back. But what if it's like last time and he's taken? Stupid idiotic mutt who thinks he can waltz in and out like no tomorrow without any real notice except for saying that he will come back. Except, he doesn't realize that I'm still here waiting and that I may possibly be...doesn't matter anymore.

[1/2 for nightmare meme] It's an average day of course as you and Joey walk out on one of your lunch breaks to a place nearby and everything seemed to be going along fine until someone approaches the blond and tapped his shoulder and then another male appears and another, all wearing white coats and glasses. You stand and you tell them to leave before he'll get his guards to kick them out but before that could happen, they tackle Joey to the ground and tie his hands behind his back.

Continued from next ask [2/2 of nightmare meme] He’s struggling strongly but all you do is just watch in horror. His strength fades bit by bit as they began to physically hurt him and he calls out your name. Your last name repeated a few times before his voice softens and pleads out your first name. “Seto,” it’s a whimper of a kicked puppy as they hoist him off of the floor and began to take him away from you. All you do is watch in shock and horror and you feel every fiber and bone in your body wanting to run after but you stay in place until they disappear into the distance. 

Kaiba hates nightmares more than anything. He doesn’t get enough sleep as it is but every so often when he feels himself getting enough, they hit him like rocks. He thought this dream would be good until he saw those men in the white coats taking Joey away and all Kaiba could do was just…watch which was entirely uncharacteristic for him. Not yell, not run after him, not even try to say to him that he'll be going for him. Just...watching. 

He let out a yell aloud which sent him straight up in bed, not caring as to who would hear it. His hair stuck to his forehead in sweat and a few beads of sweat poured down his face. Just a stupid dream, he thought to himself as he began to take slow breaths to calm himself down. It’s never going to happen. It’s just a stupid dream.

I never really thought in a million years that I'd be sort of...friends with the mutt Wheeler of all people. He's been through a lot in his life and we're beginning to trust one another to have this possibly work out.

"I'd be a bit...surprised at first. There would be a part of me that would want to say no because I am not a romantic, sappy person at all and maybe of the fact I don't want to hurt him but--but after a moment or two in thought, maybe I'd reply back with what I feel."

Huh...I can actually have general, mostly civil conversations with Wheeler without World War Three starting between us. Normally before, it'd be insults and snark comments thrown left and right but now at least it goes alright.

((I completely and utterly love your Joey. I love the AU you put for him which is dark and heart breaking but, it's entirely different from the rest which is a great thing. I love how Joey and Kaiba boy are warming up a bit to one another and I secretly hope it could be something a bit more :D ))

"..." He almost said 'dream on' or decline it but he just let out a faint sigh as he closed the space between them and wrapped his arms around his frame in a hug.

My favorite thing about them: "Hmm...He's a lot more smarter than I originally thought he was. Impressed me quite a few times and surprised me by that. He also has a heart and a backbone to go along with it."

My least favorite thing about them: "I sometimes think of the fact he doesn't fully--trust me. He has every reason not to and all that but, it bothers me as to how secretive and closed away he can be at certain points."

Do I find them attractive?: "..."

Are we friends?: "We weren't in the past. Now...now I guess you can say we are in some odd way."

Would I have children with them?: "Be lucky we're semi friends now."
