Concerning that one post about masks .. I am contemplating about making one that I will only wear for ceremonial purposes .. What materials do you think would be good for me to use to go about making one, Big Bruh? [keep in mind that I am unable to do any kind of woodwork, and that the highest-priced materials I am able to get due to my poor budget is of Hobby Lobby quality] Sorry for wasting your time with this stupid question .. ! *runs and hides*

I'm not sure, tbh. I think it depends on the requirements of what you're doing.

A lot of masks I see are made of leather. However, leather isn't ritually pure, and so it may not be allowed in certain rituals. The next thing that comes to mind might be some type of plastic (also may not be ritually pure) or possibly a ceramic mask.

I personally would probably opt for leather first, ritual requirements be damned (I am not a priest, so its less of an issue for me). With a plastic alternative being next. Or maybe wood- I don't know if I've ever really seen wooden masks before.

I suppose I'd say to see if you've got requirements or limitations in what you can use, and then research what others have used, and look into what you've got in terms of options and go from there.

Anyone else have any input?
