Then it clicked who had spoken to him and his attention moved completely away from his reports, eyes wide as he glanced up.  Even after the time apart, instinct was still ingrained in him.

“Oh ? Why thank you.”responded the Ionian, straightening his uniform making sure everything was in place; the armor firmly attached to his shoulder and chest. It was rare that he would look at himself in a mirror mostly to the fact that Varus would want to punch it upon seeing his own reflection. However, he had noticed something was off with the tunic and needed some fixing.

💊: Have they ever dabbled in drugs? If so, what kinds?

Does Vladimir’s blood count as a drug? Because if so, Talon’s addicted. The magic in Vladimir’s blood, as well as how it interacts with his own mild hemomancy, affects him very much like being drunk or high. In small quantities, it makes him relax as Vladimir’s blood magic combines with his own. In medium quantities, it has a soporific effect where Talon feels a little like he’s floating – not dizzy, just floating right out of his skin. High quantities results in a very pliable, very defenseless Talon whose system is overwhelmed by so much magical blood overriding his own.

Apart from that, Talon doesn’t do anything even remotely close to drugs. He likes being clearheaded.

"Oh Nasus. I'm sorry, I missed you so sorely."

There was a small delay before Nasus’ head picked up, blinking up from his desk.  He moved around it, hurrying over to Val before sweeping him up in a hug.

“Ah, it has been too long,” he said, smiling.  “Too long Val.”

It’s international kissing day! Send 😘 to kiss my muse. 

He could have been nice, leaned down to Val could give him a kiss.  But that would kill the fun of it.  So, he stood straight, chuckling as his lover reached upwards for his face yet he was out of reach.

“Perhaps I should buy you a stool to bring around,” he said, chuckling.  “Perhaps that would help you reach my face.”

Another thing about Nasus- he could be hard to catch when he wanted to.  Casually moving away from places Val could climb up to get to him, casually knocking over some chairs if only to delay him.

Eventually, he had enough fun with the teasing, picking Val up by the waist to kiss him.  It was a bit difficult, but it was always the gesture that mattered the most.
