I wish I got more of Heather's cool moments here but I'm tired and I still really love it, maybe next time? We should have more heather- centric fanworks and I'm kind of sad that mine became more about the entire crew at the end there, even if its cool.

Is there any part of DarkHarvest that you feel like isn't as appreciated as it should be?

Not gonna lie, but I sometimes feel salty when Heather McComber is left out in the discussion about femme Slenderverse protagonists. I’ll see minor femme characters from larger series’s with less appearances, used only as plot points, or with weaker motivations get mentioned more than Heather. I think Chris wrote probably the most prominent strong and fleshed out femme protagonist from a larger, earlier series’s.

That has changed with the addition of RedRedHat tbf. But I’ve noticed the same issue happen to Marissa (TulpaEffect) & Lexie (KeratinGardens). To quote Chris in the documentary, the slenderverse is a boys club and I can usually tell who is just a MH/EMH fan and not a Slenderverse fan by how they speak about women/femmes in the fandom. I think Val with RRH is helping change the conversation and I can’t tell you how much I appreciate her.
