Desert Flowers || Heather & Nadya
With a soft yawn Nadya stirred within the furs, she turned to her side groggily but a strong arm wrapped around her waist held her firmly in place. She grinned absentmindedly in her still sluggish state as she glanced back at a sleeping Reginmund. Wolfgang was no where to be found within their tiny love nest, but she did have an inkling of where he could be. She silently slipped from Reg’s grasp, doing her best not to rouse him from his sleep before sneaking off to the wash room. After cleaning herself up, she got dressed and walked up the stairs towards Wolfgang’s office and sure enough, found him standing in front of his desk, paperwork spread out over the desk top. With a fond smile followed by a sigh of surrender she walked over to him. ‘’I’m off to go see Heather today, so I’ll see you tonight.’’ she said before leaning up on her tiptoes and giving him a soft kiss. She threw him a final grin before turning on her heel and walking towards the exit. ‘’It’s still early and Reg could use some company. Just saying.’’ she uttered quickly, hinting at the fact that he should take a break before she slipped out of his office door.
The sun was up high by the time Nadya arrived at the fields where her sister was working for the morning. Heather was usually let off after noon, which made it the perfect time to surprise them with a visit. Nadya hadn’t had a lot of time to spend with them lately due to her new project and hadn’t even been spending her nights at home due to...obvious reasons her sister didn’t need to be aware of. Bottom line was, Heather deserved a little bit of quality time and besides, Nadya missed their company. Heather may not have been her blood, but they were certainly family to her. She spotted the young wicked within moments, tending to the vegetables in the back. Nadya walked over, glancing between the vegetables and Heather playfully. ‘’Don’t tell me I should get jealous over you spending time with greens, Heath.’’ she teased, throwing her younger sister a wide smile.
