someone stop me - im writing heather mcnamara and veronica fanfiction.

okay but legit Thomas is my favourite JD - I like him better than the actual dude who played JD in the original Heathers: the Musical. He's so amazing at conveying the whole persona and thoughts of JD it's crazy. I love it. And yes, "say hi to God" is such a good line and just AH okay I'll stop now
i’ll have to listen to the recording soon!! maybe when im writing i’ll just have it playing because honestly?? if thomas can pull of playing JD then he’s literally such an amazing actor. like i knew this already but. thomas. as. jd. HOW?? im sure he killed it but damn. im curious.

sorry to bother you but I have to ask since I know you've just seen HEATHERS but who's your fave character? ship? fave song? what did you think of everything?
favourite character: heather mcnamara. she is such a great complex character that allowed herself to open up despite the very real threat of being ostracised like she was. as well as the fact that she let herself be saved - that was something very important to me. sure, she may not be the nicest character ever but towards the end, it was clear that yeah, she’s done horrible things, but that was because of the people around her and how she was expected to act. she isn’t perfect - definitely very messed up - but none of them are and the fact that she accepts this and lets herself change is why she’s my favourite.
favourite ship: heather mcnamara and veronica. there’s so much room for development with them and like, i love them. and like my notp is jd and veronica. because… JD emotionally manipulated veronica into doing awful things and pushed his ideals on her.
favourite song: blue for comedy, but i am damaged for the feels.
and the musical is so. i just love it so much. it dealt with bullying + suicide and that’s such a good thing to see in such a wide spread musical. veronica’s weird quirks (like her laughter and her facial expressions especially) gave me LIFE. the way the actor of JD portrayed him was so believable - same with heather chandler. the actors of everyone were all so good and gahhh. the songs were also AMAZING.
(by the way, i watched the 2017 heathers musical!)
