Warrior of FernClan, expecting queen of Stonefang.

As a kit, Hale brought Mary and her littermate Abigail to FernClan to experience clan life with their aunt Thistlefrost. While Hale and Abigail left again after a moon or two, Heatherpaw decided to stay in FernClan and train as a warrior. Heatherpaw was a difficult apprentice to Thistlefrost. Grumpy and generally unwilling to train, the young molly was not particularly well liked. She eventually became a warrior, mostly because it had been seven moons, and no one wanted to deal with her apprentice shenanigans anymore.

Upon becoming a warrior, Heatherstripe realized that she was not well liked at all within the clan. This was quite upsetting to the young warrior, who fled off towards the wilderness in despair. After Stonepaw was sent to find the errant molly, she came back to the clan with her tail and head held low. Since then, she has made a conscious effort to become a better warrior and a better cat, hoping to redeem herself to her clanmates.

As of late, she has been hanging around with Stonefang an awful lot, and the couple have a great dynamic with Heatherstripe’s good-spirited grumpiness and Stonefang’s endless enthusiasm. Though Heatherstripe has not announced that she is expecting kits yet, it is clear to everyone that she will soon move to the nursery.
