On my rural routes I often find things unexpected and glorious though this pic doesn't do this lemon hued field justice.

- I recognize the search for things or rather the desire to search for things is a part of my nature. Yesterday I handed a bottle of liquor to someone to whom I'd promised it over three years ago. I'd enjoyed searching for this particular bottle during a trip to Belgium, looking in a dozen places maybe asking about it and showing shop owners a picture on my phone. When I found it I was ecstatic and now she has it and that makes me happy.

- Searching for something is intrinsic to me/many/all. It's hardwired into us like prejudice towards the other, bias towards those like us, the need to be apart of something, and so so many other things that motivate us.

- We are organisms, our behavior is instinctual, learned, influenced, and ultimately self destructive. The same can be said for a virus.
