It's easier said than done. Sometimes we make plans and expect God to fulfill them. And when things don't go according to our plans we get upset. Often times Christians forget where we came from before God stepped in and cleansed us out. We get used to walking right, hating the sin and building a relationship with Christ that we forget that not everyone is on the same page as us. I often check myself with the memories of when I was in the world and seen nothing wrong with believing in God while living however I wanted. I asked the Lord what should I meditate on today and was lead here. I was joyous then I realized that I didn't read the full chapter to get the full picture. You see, many of us take what's given to us at face value, not knowing that God wants us to know Him for ourselves. If you scrolled to the second pic you'd realize that the first verse was the enemy tempting Jesus in the wilderness. God's word tells us that if we seek Him first then all things would be added unto us. When we truly seek Him, change starts to take place, our prayers become more purposeful, we begin to put away the old man... study His word to know when the enemy is creeping in...
