The Parking Lot Of Unrest ||Ghost!Cas|| heavensmostfearedweapon
Michael Milton was your typical fresh graduate. He came out of teacher’s college at the top of his class and instead of going back to school for a Ph-D, he went straight into the local high school. He moved out of the family home and into a modest house close to the school.
His parents had been obviously upset, but he didn’t care. This was his dream job and he wanted to do it. he wanted to be a high school teacher. Michael wanted to make a difference and he thought that in order to make a difference in the world he had to start with the next generation.
His subjects were scattered since he was good at almost every subject. His true passion lied in English though. it was the way that the words on a page came together to create such masterful pieces of art that really had him in awe.
Michael directed the movers to where everything should be. He had his brothers Luci and Raphael to come and help him with the unpacking. Once everything was in order, it was 10 PM. After the taxing day Michael fell asleep on his bed in nothing but his boxers.
The next day had an odd start. Some of the things that he had left on the table were moved. They were now on the other end of the table. Some of the pictures were turned around and some had been turned down. Michael fixed them and shrugged it off. He got ready at a leisurely pace and by the time he left the house, it was close to 7:30 AM. the school started at 8:15 so he had time. Michael stopped to get some coffee at the local coffee shop before going to the school.
By the time the bell had rung, Michael was in the classroom getting everything in order. He straightened his tie and wrote his name on the blackboard. the first day of school was never easy for anybody in his opinion. The class filed in and he smiled at them. “Hello everyone and welcome to senior English. My name is Mr. Milton. I’ll be your English teacher for the semester.” he said before starting with the course outline, rules of the classroom, and expectations.
There was something with the man who'd moved into Castiel's old home, but he wasn't sure what it was. He didn't dislike the man... yet, but he still wasn't too fond of someone living in his home. So, while the new 'guest' slept, he went through some of his things, especially the photographs. A couple of them he didn't like and therefore turned them upside down.
When an alarm went off, Cas dematerialized, knowing it was best to go away, even though no one seemed to be able to see him. Instead he watched him for a few seconds and then he went back to the parking lot, to the place where his body still laid. It was actually rather peaceful during this time of the day, without any rude, obnoxious and loud teenagers. They would never have behaved like that when during the 40's! The ghost shook his head and sigh. He was dead and the world changed, but it was hard to accept sometimes... okay rather often actually.
The young man living in his house walked across the parking lot only about twenty minutes before the school bell rang. Wasn't that a little late? Generally, Castiel didn't care much about the school and it's people, but he felt...attached to this man and went over to the window to the room where he obviously teached.
He watched as the class went on and when the bell rang again and the room quickly emptied, he went through the wall and into the room, wanting to take a better look at the man now when they were alone. Even though the walls did nothing with him or the way he looked, he adjusted his clothes, which was a bit different from the teacher's own. Castiel was of course dressed the way he'd been when he died, navy pleated pants, white shirt, a grey pullover vest and a navy tie, tied with a Windsor knot, and black Brogue shoes. Of course he also wore a dark Fedora.
