For whatever scenario you can use to make it happen, when you fall on someone, you can tighten your muscles to momentarily coat your skin with steel. Then, depending on how much heavier you are than your target, your body is pushed forward for devastating force. However if your target is heavier than you, the force will push you away proportionate to the difference, causing the attack to be less powerful.

It's up to you on how you want to utilize it.
