@heckdick, @imninjaxr i was eating dinner when i heard this about the children: reporter: "how bad are their injuries?" surgeon: "as bad as you can imagine." that got me; there are few things that have sounded more horrific and awful than that. and that image will forever be scarred into our minds. it's just... no one wants to even think about what that image represents, and it's devastating to know that baby didn't make it. and while this incident is tragic, i'm both surprised and grateful that it's not a LOT worse. and respect to the emergency services and surgeons that are doing their best and are getting hassled by reporters over the details, respect to the selfless civilians that put others first today, and love to those affected in this ordeal.
