Plus, if you eat pure canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling), it even counts as a veggie according to my nutrition plan! #heckya! Plus, it’s orange, which means it’s full of beta carotene, which helps your eyesight, and potassium, which is great for those muscle cramps. Pumpkin seeds are even great for you and are jam-packed with fiber, making them a tasty snack or crunchy topping!
