The following herbs can ease the symptoms of hyperthyroidism:

– Red cinchona (Cinchona officinalis):

Red cinchona bark tincture: Pour 50g/ 1,7 oz spirit on 10g/ 0,3 oz powdered red chincona bark. Let it stand for 6 days. Strain the tincture. It should have a reddish brown color. You can take 0,5g tincture daily. You should try this tincture, only after you have consulted with a doctor.
– Hedge bedstraw (Galium mollugo):
Hedge bedstraw tea: The tea is made from dried flowers and leaves. Pour a cup (2,5 dl) of boiling water over a teaspoon of herb, and allow it to steep for 10 minutes. Strain the tea. You can use stevia to sweeten your tea. Drink this tea daily for two weeks.
– Bugleweed (Lycopus europaeus):
Bugleweed tea: The tea is made from dried leaves. Pour a cup (2,5 dl) of boiling water over a teaspoon of herb, and allow it to steep for 10 minutes. Strain the tea. You can use stevia to sweeten your tea. Drink this tea daily for two weeks.
