what made you fall for the boone character and start self shipping? just curious, i always like asking others how their self ships happened :)

That’s a tough question! I honestly love pretty much every aspect of his character— his appearance, his dialogue, his personality and motivations— it would be hard to put it into words!

The thing that drew me to him, though, was almost certainly his personality.  I actually went into the movie expecting to like Javi (because I already have a lil crush on Anthony Ramos), and even though he is cute, I just… couldn’t see myself with him, I guess? And then the first part where I started liking Boone was his Dead End Road scene, I thought he was so much fun <3 (not to mention his arms omggg)

I myself am kind of surprised that Boone is the character I latched onto— not because he’s not cute (I think he’s absolutely perfect!), but because he has so little screen time! Only like six minutes, I don’t even know how many spoken lines… but I like to think that’s also a plus because you get to think of your own stuff for him ^_^ ooh, and I REALLY fell hard for him once I started writing fic about him <3 

(In retrospect, after dozens of fics and rewatches, I think of Javi as more of a kin connection than a romantic connection :0 that may be why Javiboone is such a special ship to me lol ^_^)

There need to be more fics where Shen Yuan is qijiu's son because HE IS THE PERFECT LOVE CHILD FOR THEM!! Like. He is bitchy, kind, knows everything there is about demons and beasts, is generous, has died, absolutely obsessed over Luo Binghe, a talented cultivator, beloved by Cang Qiong mountain, milf, etc. What more could you want in a qijiu child???

Pet challenger ideas go wheeee

"Challenger. What are you doing?" P03 asked while said Challenger was balancing on pipe. They looked at him with an unblinking gaze, eyes wide in an almost unreadable way. Slowly, they extend their hand down to the assembly line, and P03's eyes narrow. "No, Challenger. Get down, come on." The bot tried a series of noises and motions to get the Challenger off, but they simply lowered their hand further and further until finally they swiped a piece of metal off the conveyer belt. With a crash, the metal scatters into inconsistent pieces on the cold factory floor.

Seething with frustration, the Scrybe mutters to himself as it picks up what it can savor from the broken pieces. Meanwhile, the Challenger finally gets off the pipe and walks away from the scene as if nothing had happened. P03's screen flickered, mimicking that of an eye twitch as he groaned in complaint, "Why do I keep beasts around?"
