“I think you should sit down.”
Sick Starters. ( Accepting )

The mute wavered EVER so slightly as he attempted to grab an inanimate object for support. He had been light-headed before but this was on a whole new level. to pin point this area was in his mental map was not only difficult but excruciatingly painful to think about. Looking up only allowed white spots to appear in his sight and his head throbbed with every single sound around him. For once, he begged for people to be s i l e n t .
( im fine , leave me alone . . )
As stubborn as he was, he could not accept a the help of a stranger. He was definitely not one to take such acts of aid as it blew his own E G O he had– despite how small it was in reality. He was a mute, but it did not mean that he needed the { H E L P } . He could do it on his own– just as he had for about a decade now. He had not been throned as a king if he could not have done it on his own.
All that was done to reply to the other was just a wave before a silent whimper came. Hand placed to his head, he gripped his support even harder to prevent the fall.
( i didnt ask for any help . . )

☏ What is the most challenging aspect of playing this muse?
ooc: I’ve been writing Genesis for a long time now (6-7 years, 3 on tumblr) and there has always been something pretty challenging about a character which has so much stuffed into his head and also whose fate is left to interpretation. Genesis was the first, let’s say, “psychopath”, I took up as a muse.I think the biggest challenge with playing Genesis -- at least my interpretation -- is making sure that, on the outside, Genesis remains as pleasant and eloquent as he can be but, in truth, he’s manipulating you, testing you, teasing you, playing with you etc etc is always someone on the verge of discarding you if you do not happen to live up to something. There is a character in Monster called Johan Liebert whose personality, though hard to interpret, really helped me try and grasp a sense of “genius” with everything that Genesis does. Genesis is very volatile, but very charismatic. He always slithers in and hones in on those things that will hurt you the most. But on rare occasions he can be really kind. I think this is what makes this muse challenging even after so many years-- he’s just a man who changes with circumstance. I know fandoms have a habit of trying to make excuses for villains in particular, though Genesis tends to fall into the neutral category and is a very tragic character in general. However, I never want to downplay his true repulsiveness. I don’t want that to get lost in self-indulgent things that just erase all that he is.
