TRIMBERLY FIRSTS HEADCANONS
•the first official date they went on, excluding krispy kreme of course, was to the movies, because what else are teenagers gonna do. If you ask Trini what thy saw, she’ll just stare at you. If you ask Kim, she’ll tell you something that rhymes with “ludi and the yeast”
•the first time someone wore the other clothes kim had been searching for her sweatshirt for a wek only to see it practically swallowing trini
•the first time they kissed, trini thanked her, and panicked as she road home on her bike. To her defense, zack told her to do it
•the first time trini ever got in a car with kim, legend has it she passed out from pure shock
•the first time they ever held hands, a stranger had asked kim if she was babysitting. the boys haven’t let trini live it down
•the first time they ever got into a fight, afterwards the other rangers found them holding each other for dear life in their sleep, like the drama queens they are
•first time they said i love you, trini choked on her donut and said “whO!?”
•the first time they met each others parents, it actually went surprisingly well, as theres a first time for everything. oh, besides when trini, shaking with nerves, literally punched a hold through kims door when she knocked
•the first time they slept over each others houses, trini found out how agressively kim likes the cuddle, by means of being ensnared by her girlfriend
•the first time they called each other girlfriends, jason had said “better watch it kimmy, or ill steal your girl” to which trini replied “better watch it scott, or ill steal your larynx before you can open your mouth to my girlfriend” (yeah, it was romantic)
•the first time things got a little further than pg-13, kim cried. Like a loser. A total loser because trini totally didnt cry because shes cool and collected and its not big deal cause i mean if you are a power ranger this stuff isnt gonna make you cry at all totally 100%

TRIMBERLY COMFORT HEADCANONS
-trini is super passive aggressive when shes angry, full of ‘im fines’ and angry glares
-if one of the rangers asks her if shes mad, she’ll literally just leave
-of course kim knows shes usually hiding under her covers in her bed, but she swore an oath of secrecy never to tell another soul (trini doesnt know about the pictures on kims phone)
-kim just picks up her comforter and crawls underneath with her, and they cuddle and giggle like kids who think their parents cant hear them from under their little blanket sky
-“You put the hot in hotheaded.” “Please fall out my window.”
-similarly, if trini is hurt, she leaves. but yet again kim doesnt even bat an eye, she knows her girl is waiting for her in kims bedroom (most likely passed out or eating all her food)
-kim just lays next to her wherever she is, stroking her hair, playing with her hands, rubbing her back (totally NOT taking pictures) (trini finds them on her wall the next day)
-one time kim had to give trini stitches “I don’t want you putting anything inside me!” “Actua-“ “Shut up and stab me.”
-billy totally 100% has spiderman bandaids they borrow
-in order for kim to not touch anything that may be injured, she lays down and trini lays DIRECTLY on top of her, like a little koala
-trini for sure rewards kim for tending to her. with totally pg actions of course
-if trini is sad, kim goes all out
-favorite snacks, warmest blankets, fluffiest pillows, pajamas, movie marathons, the whole mile
-kim brings her a game with awful jokes, and trini just lightly roles her eyes
-the whole time kim literally has trini is a vice grip. there is no letting go.
-if trini is scared, its a whole other story
-kim just shows up wherever trini needs her, and holds her hand through the tough tears that fall
SORRY IF THIS IS TRASH i havent done it in a while. send me asks cause im going thru all of em now so its a party!!!!
-it takes trini forever to learn how to take her mask off in her armor, because you have to will the armor to take the mask off, but because deep down trini is just so used to hiding that she cant help it
-im telling you this girl purrs CONSTANTLY. touch her hair. hug her and wrap your arms really tight. genuinely laugh. or if shes asleep and dreaming a good dream for once
-i think its pretty accepted in the fandom that trini has nightmares, but when the rangers are doing their nightly shift with her they find her lil baby plants she spends forever taking care of. zack tries to touch one and she pushes him out her window. kim can touch them tho. and billy. (jasons scared to get the zack treatment)
-shes also a crazy good artist. to everyones surprise, its much more colorful than she or her music lets on. aka trini drawing the ranger gang (there’s also a suspicious amount of a certain pink ranger)
-when trini gets REALLY excited she breaks out into spanish. no one wants to interupt her because its rare for trini to get in these moods, so she doesnt even know she’s doing it. no one else speaks spanish, so they all just smile and nod
-bonfire night and the rangers are discussing their fav movies. when they ask trini, she quietly says with the most straight faced a lesbian can, “Wonder Woman could cut my head off and I’d say thank you.” zack falls out of his chair
-jason and trini sit on the edge of the cliff leading to the ship, beer in hand, and just talk about girls. jason, later on, eventually just talks about billy. trini doesn’t care, she does the same with kim.
-trini and billy study together all the time, and everytime she comes over candace apologizes for calling her deedee ages ago. trini just smiles and runs to billys cran-cave (zack named it that, obviously) (it was kim)
-don’t mention clexa to trini. just don’t.
-this girl LOVES piggyback rides. she didn’t tell anyone until zack threw her on his back and none of them had ever heard the pure sunshine when trini laughed like that. trini piggybacks became a right of passage, a true honor (to everyone’s surprise, trini let zack do it the most, claiming he was the most fun as he ran around and spun in circles. she’d never admit she just liked hugging her adoptive brother)
BONUS TRIMBERLY:
-trini grabs kim’s sleeve whenever she wants a kiss, seeing as she can’t reach. one time they were fighting, and trini tripped and grabbed kims sleeve to catch herself, but kim (cause shes whipped) just instinctually went in for a kiss, causing them to headbutt and fall to the ground on top of each other. (needless to say they stopped fighting after that)
-they don’t get each other flowers, but rather donuts. obviously.
-everytime they say goodbye, kim HAS to kiss trini’s forehead, then her nose, then her mouth. trini blushes like crazy (“Now you’re the pink ranger!”)

-the rangers first found out about the mind link as a motivation tactic from alpha. (”The harder you train, the more connected you are! I mean, don’t you WANT to be able to read each others minds?” “Wait, what?!”)
alpha explains the basics of the link, that they don’t exactly know the extent of the power seeing as human brains work differently, but essentially they can feel each others emotions
-trini is the first to connect through the link (seeing as she clears her mind while doing yoga), and the other rangers get a loud and clear message of death metal
zack is sitting on his train car watching her, when the music suddenly gets way too loud and he screams for her to lower it
billy is working tinkering on some kind of gadget when the music starts blaring causing him to snap his screwdriver in half
jason is asleep in his bed when he shoots up in shock, punching a hole in the wall
and kim is in her room holding her phone trying to decide how to ask trini out for donuts in the least platonic way possible, and due to her thoughts focusing on trini she hears it the loudest of all of them
which is why it makes sense every ranger suddenly hears “What is wrong with her?” in a voice oddly like kims
-they meet in the pit, and billy reminds them of the conversation they had with alpha and from there it’s just situation after situation involving the link
-its helpful at first, the rangers not realizing a downside
theyre able to take down three times as many putties because they work so flawlessly
when a ranger needs help, they immediately know, whether that be trini and her nightmares (kims job usually), zack with his mom (trinis job), jason and his dad (billys there), kims self doubt (jason), and billy whenever he just needs someone around (zack)
its also a lot easier to make fun of zordon while standing in front of him (little do they know that because zordon is connected to the morphing grid, he hears EVERYTHING)
-but it doesnt take long for disaster to strike, seeing as they have no idea how to turn it off or on
the rangers got very familiar with zacks.....morphing in the shower (too familiar)
also for some strange reason, and to the endless annoyance of trini, everyone found everything she did to be endearing, like BILLY level swooning (kim had NOTHING to do with it. of course not.)
also, something that was totally kims fault, and not trinis at all, training was a little bit.....hotter than normal. again, it was kim, her tanktops, and her DAMN biceps FAULT okay?
all five rangers PLUS billys natural curiosity? bad combination.
one time jason as angry at his dad, and it caused kim to snap at billy, and that’s when the rangers decided they really needed to find a way to fix it
-eventually, the rangers discover how to turn each other out (”I’ve been tuning Zack out for months!” “Shut up, Trini-bee.” “Sorry, didn’t hear you!” “Maybe if you’d really been tuning me out for months, I wouldn’t have found out Kim’s nickname for you.”)
TRIMBERLY MIND LINK FUN TIME
-before they did learn to shut each other out, things were a little awk
imagine going on a date, and said date was able to feel and practically hear everything you were thinking. yeah, its rough (”Trini are you just gonna stare at me or....?” “I just-, like, I kinda-, so what I mean is-” “You...you heard me think that shirt makes your boobs look good didn’t you?” “Yes, yes I very much did.”)
or it might be a little distracting while training to suddenly have every ranger hear “The Zeo Crystal might bring life to the planet, but I am living for Trini’s ass.”
did I mention zordon can hear everything too?
-but of course once they started actually dating and found out how to use the link, things got interesting
kims strategic thoughts as trini faces off against putties while everyone watches (”No really, she was doing great, why did she pass out?” “Golly gee, her whole face was red before it happened! Or rather, it was more of a shade of pink, wouldn’t you agree Jason?” “Why yes Zack! I do wonder what caused this to happen. Billy or Alpha certainly don’t know! What about you Kim? Do YOU know what Trini is passed out on the floor of the pit!” “Shut up. Just shut up and let me take my girlfriend home.” “Yes, I’m sure she’d love to go home with you now Kim.” “I’M LEAVING!”
kim not being able to function when trini is in the shower, because two can play at that game
as wonderfully horrible those circumstances are, they ARE soft girlfriends anyway. if one is having a bad day, immediately the other girl fills their head full of all the wonderful thoughts they have on a daily basis in regards to their girlfriend. cue the happy tears.
-its hard to keep secrets from each other, so everyday they get exponentially closer
and things get rather kinky real fast
BOTH OF THEM, NO MATTER WHAT, ALWAYS WANT TO BE NEAR EACH OTHER
thats how trini finds out about kims fall from grace. as soon as she does, she feels the anxiety in kim, and just holds her while she cries, because she gets it. she really does.
-the other rangers using the link around trimberly
“Why am so happy all the time man this is GREAT!” “It’s because these two saps can’t not practically fly when they’re next to each other.” (”That can’t be ri-” *turns around to see them huddled together in the corner* “Okay, nevermind.”)
constant. sexual. frustration.
10x more hugs. this everyone is fine with.
they experience the protection kim feels for trini on a daily basis. no one. is to touch. the small. (unless kim gives her permission, but no one needs to know that)
also kim gets away with everything, because if she asks something they all feel trinis overwhelming urge to give her girlfriend literally anything she wants. oops?

TRIMBERLY+BEACH RANGERS
-team mom jason sets up the trip as a bonding exercise. he packs snacks, beach toys, sunblock, anything and everything under the sun
-speaking of sunscreen, jason runs around chasing everyone with the bottle. in reality only jason needs it, but “Skin cancer doesn’t skip rangers, people!”
-zack’s mom totally makes him bring a winter coat so he doesn’t tan. little does she know that kid has his shirt off more than on
-the rangers are hesitant to go in the water, after billy, but he leads the charge into the waves, a smile never leaving his face
-color coded umbrellas.
-zack pulling the string to trinis bikini top. later, zacks shorts mysteriously come off in the ocean. he doesnt seem to care, but the 7 elderly people chasing him off the beach once he puts them back on do.
-jason burns. like. really burns, to the point where the whole squad is calling him sebastian, to which zack runs around yelling “Under da sea!” (”Does that make Trini Flounder?” “Only if you’re Ursula.” “And I can be the princess!” “Yes you can Bill.”)
-(”Jason, the true red ranger.” “Kim, you shouldn’t be talking. Whenever Trini’s around, you’re never not pink.” “That’s biphobic.”)
-they bring as huge raft and just kinda float and chill. that is until jason and zack decide to wrestle and flip overboard.
-once it gets dark, they have a bonfire on the beach
-billy using jason as a surfboard
-”Guys, Kim has a BI-kini!” “Jason, way to show off those BI-ceps!”
-billy and zacks castle wins an award. there wasn’t even a competition going on
-ranger dance party
-after they’ve had their fun, they morph and put on snapchat where they are. party ensues.
TRIMBERLY IS WHAT Y’ALL REALLY WANT MHM:
-kims SUPER excited to get in the water, ripping off her cover shirt (”Kim this is literally in two pieces why are you this extra.”) and running to the water. she turns to see if Trini is following, only to see her pink bikini.
she runs directly into the life guard stand
-they fall asleep tangled, and when they wake up, kim has a tiny trini sized hand print tan on her thigh (”Shut up Zack!” “I didn’t say anything!” “You were thinking it!”)
-TRINI AND KIM COLLECTING SHELLS TOGETHER
-LONG WALKS ON THE BEACH TROPE
-trini is small, waves are tall. protective gf kim fighting the ocean.
-kim pops up from out of the water, brushing her hair back with her. trini is so busy watching her mermaid gf a wave totally decks her. aka kim fighting the ocean part 2
-rangers play beach volleyball, girls vs. boys, and the boys can’t even score ONE point. kim just straight up THROWS trini in the air for a spike (”I wasn’t a cheerleader for nothing guys.”)
-they bury the boys and make mermaid tails out of sand. and then they leave them there. (they totally didn’t go make out in the raft)
