It's my needle felting anniversary month! ^o^ I don't know where to begin with Piwi. I absolutely feel Anne's frustration with him now. I thought throwing him together would be so fast and easy - I was wrong! Nothing seemed to go right. That said, I was trying some new techniques and working with wired feet for the first time, so it was a lot of learning. (Had to redo the feet completely because the first time I didn't do them well enough and they were too wobbly/weak.) I'm honestly not sure how I feel about the outcome? I think he's growing on me now that I'm done? I guess I don't regret making him cause I learned a lot and I really wanted to show some love for Helck.
Is it weird that this is the scene that made me cry instead of the extremely depressing ending to the tragic backstory?
It just gets me so hard man. This is what the entire manga has been building up to with its two main characters. All secrets have finally been shared on both sides. Vermilio finally completely accepts Helck as a comrade. Telling him to fight to live, promising him a future, assuring him that the demons will accept him and become his new home. The way it makes him cry, this big sad man who has struggled his entire life and has been so alone, she told him he's not alone anymore and promised him a new home and he cried and she accepted the sword from him and and
