Leon would normally do it because its a daily ritual but there are times where Helena will wake him up with kisses. Particularly if he had a rough time at work recently or oversleeps.
They both do an equal amount of cooking together because they get really playful. Leon though will go the extra mile and make something for them if Helena comes home late or if she isn't feeling good.

Helena is more of the night owl, Leon the day but because of work and everything they both end up staying up practically every night to get things done like reports and missions preps.
Leon initiates more of the romantic gestures between the two just out of habit. Helena contributes but since she likes the way he takes the lead, she goes with it.

Leon, (because lets face it who the fuck wouldn't want him on top?) Okay, kidding but Helena usually lets him be the one on top because she likes how he holds her, enjoys the closeness but they switch off in between depending on how they're feeling.

Helena would probably have the upper hand on this because she and Deborah use to dance together. She could probably teach Leon a thing or two.

Both of them are pretty cuddly together but Helena tends to start it up and then Leon gets suckered into it.

Leon and Helena can get pretty indecisive when it comes to picking a movie or let alone what music to listen to etc. so they normally do the best two out of the three at rock paper scissors and whoever wins has to make up their mind.

Leon because its out of habit, he sees it as a courtesy. Helena and him sometimes bicker about it though and she'll pay behind his back.
