June 19, 1982. Detroit native, Vincent Chin was beaten to death with baseball bat by Ronald Ebens & Michael Nitz because he was Asian. They pleaded guilty and were sentenced to 3 years probation because the judge said they were “good guys”. 6/19/82 Vincent and his friends were out celebrating his bachelor party.
