I Shot a number of spots for these national Montana Tourism campaigns this summer. It had been a while since I had teamed up with my good friends at The Helio Collective, so I was pumped when they called me to DP these pieces for my home state. This one in particular was about two twins that travelled around the state. It was a very small, but fun, crew, an Alexa XT and some rehoused Kowa anamorphic lenses. Anamorphic can be a bit abrasive to the flow of documentary, but it just seemed right to show my beautiful state in the format. We unfortunately were given a week of terrible weather by montana summer standards. It was so cold that it ended up snowing at one point (I suppose not too odd by montana standards as I have seen it snow on every month within my lifetime). Despite the weather, we still had an awesome time.

This is a long version, essentially it gets cut down into a fun manageable 30 and 60. Enjoy!
