legit give arknights a try if you like political intrigue, criticism of capitalism and ableist practices in medical sciences, and cute animal guys and gals. and if you're worried about the gacha aspect of it, every level is clearable with low rank units you get for free by the boatload. having a higher rank unit makes it easier, sure, but its not impossible if you dont have them. i have never paid anything in arknights and im up to date with all the content.
