3/11/12: Hellrunner
My shin proved to be okay, so after some sports massage I jumped in the car at 5:30am with Claire, Ryan and Emma to head to Cheshire for Hell Up North. 11.5miles of endurance race up and down hellish muddy slopes, and wading through waist deep muddy bogs and freezing lakes. It took us 3:01:52 and we were exhausted and frozen after.
Proud of myself for finishing, and it *was* fun, but I came so close to really injuring myself one too many times. I don't think the risk is worth the fun, so this is the last one of these I'll be doing I think.
