The NX IS going to be a new console, though. Reggie and Iwata have confirmed that in interviews. They're just not releasing any information about it yet because they still have a lot of things they want to do on the Wii U. The NX is what they'll turn to when they've done all they can with the Wii U.

Well damn, there it goes. I hope they really do have A LOT of things to do with the Wii U, because that’s not what it seems, honestly; it feels like it was released yesterday and they just announced another console to take its place. Give it at least two more years before the NX comes
