The Imbolc celebration at Cedarlight Grove this year was a Dionysian rite. Imbolc was decidedly Dionysian. The omen was received through the reading of entrails... Which in this case were from a rainbow piñata. The message round amidst the wildly strewn streamers was one of joy and focus - one of change. We must look inward to do the hard, but joyous, focus and work to find change.
Oddly similar to my earlier draw of The Crossroads, I think.
The rite was joyous, raucous, and something I hope I always remember. It felt good to be back.
