Talk about something someone told you that meant a lot.

For some reason, people have seemed to confide in me in the past. I can't for the life of me fathom why, but it means a lot that some people just trust me with these sorts of things.

Where The Ice Cracks

Zach was floored about what his uncle told him, what he’d heard from the hospital. Dead. His father was dead. When Zach asked what happened, his uncle said he had died because of a stroke.

Zach couldn’t believe it. He felt like he was standing on ice, that was slowly cracking each second he stood there, slowly letting it all seep in.

Zach, after letting the information seep in, yelled at his uncle, calling him a liar, before running out of the man’s office. He was running through the hall, that was crowded with students, bumping into almost everyone.

He ran into someone and knocked that person, and himself, down. He looked up when someone, the person he knocked down, offered him a hand up.

Concerned

Zach saw Megan was upset. He wondered if it had anything to do with what happened at the Halloween party. He didn't care if he was late for gym class, his friend was upset. And he had just the thing to cheer her up, a flower crown that he made earlier that morning because his cousin Zatanna just HAD to barge into his room after his roommate left to finish a test and announce that it was cousin bonding time.

"Hey, Megan!" He called, rushing after her. He hoped she didn't mind red and white roses.

I was like 11 and one of the boys in my neighborhood asked me to his middle school dance and I was like, “Sure, why not?" Except my mom grounded me like two days before the dance so I snuck over to his house and went anyway and he kissed me at the dance except he slobbered all over me and I haven’t really spoken to him since.

6. If you were a crayon what color would you be?

Red because it’s the color of passion.

17. Favorite Holiday?

Thanksgiving. I get to eat a ton of food and the martial arts coach and I can’t hate me for it.

18. Month?

October. Halloween, falling leaves, Homecoming. It’s all good.

39. Been caught doing something you weren’t supposed to do?

Way too many times. You know about the Kent incident.
